Geoff Lawrence

Chief Executive Officer

Geoff Lawrence – CEO

Geoff Lawrence is Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer of Twenty20 Energy and a board member. Geoff has primary responsibility for the overall strategic direction and performance of the business while also managing major accounts and maintaining international technical and strategic partnerships, which position Twenty20 Energy with a key competitive advantage in the markets served.    

Geoff has served as Chief Executive Officer for Asia Pacific Energy Ventures since 2014 before transitioning to Twenty20 Energy to lead the company’s IPO on NASDAQ and global growth ambitions. Geoff is also a Professional Member of PNG Institute of Directors, Board Member and Non-Executive Director of Kainantu Resources Limited (TSXv – KRL), and Board Member of the American Chamber of Commerce Coral Sea (AMCHAM Coral Sea).

Jim Schnieders


Jim Schnieders, President & Technical Lead

As president and technical lead, Schnieders will be responsible for directing the company management team to deliver the long-term goals for the organization in alignment with its strategies and business objectives.
Prior to joining Twenty20, Schnieders held multiple senior executive roles with global infrastructure provider Black & Veatch. His most recent role, as executive vice president and managing director for the floating oil and gas solutions unit at Black & Veatch, Schnieders oversaw all floating liquified natural gas projects as well as hydrogen and biofuel emerging markets. Previously, he served in multiple global portfolio and leadership positions including as the Indonesia country manager for all Black & Veatch business lines’ operations and project execution there.

Iain Deay

Chief Financial Officer

Iain Deay – Chief Strategy & Development Officer

Iain Deay is Chief Strategy & Development Officer and serves as interim Chief Financial Officer for Twenty20 Energy. Iain is responsible for overseeing all commercial and financial functions of the business. This encompasses project development and M&A activity, FP&A, investor relations and corporate financing, and ensuring appropriate systems and processes are in place for compliance and reporting.
Having begun his career with Deloitte in London, Iain later joined Experion and held several regional senior positions in Asia including Finance Director for Hong Kong, Taiwan and Southeast Asia, and Business Development director for Asia Pacific. Iain also worked privately as a strategy consultant for a range of clients in Singapore and Southeast Asia before ultimately joining Twenty20 Energy. Iain is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and holds a Masters Degree in Engineering, Economics and Management from Oxford University.

Greg Bahora

Greg Bahora

Chief Operating Officer

Greg T. Bahora is Chief Operating Officer at Twenty20 Energy. Greg is responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of all business operations to deliver consistently outstanding results. To do so, Greg works closely with all Twenty20 Energy department heads and professionals, ensuring close integration and strategic alignment, drives policy and procedure development, and coordinates with key external stakeholders including vendors and customers building strong enduring relationships.

Prior to joining Twenty20 Energy, Greg held the role of Vice President and Director of Power Services for Black & Veatch, managing over 1,000 direct employees and 10,000 site based labor. Greg led Black & Veatch’s operations through a period of significant growth and expansion, driving safety, quality, integrity and execution standards of excellence across the region. Greg brings 30+ years’ experience in conventional and renewable Power Generation, Water Resources, Floating Liquified Natural Gas (FLNG) and Mining.

Peter Chiang

Commercial & Compliance Director

Peter Chiang – Director Commercial & Compliance

Executive Committee Member and Director Commercial and Compliance, Peter Chiang is responsible for leading Twenty20’ Energy commercial, legal, and corporate governance matters, and assisting with Twenty20 Energy listing on the NASDAQ stock exchange in 2022. Prior to joining Twenty20 Energy, Peter held the role of company officer and Regional Commercial Director for the Black & Veatch Power and Oil & Gas business in Asia, primarily responsible for negotiating and closing contracts as part of proposals and all project commercial issues including claims administration and management. Peter previously served as Senior Counsel for all Black & Veatch business in Asia including Water and Management Consulting. Peter brings more than 2 decades of experience in negotiating, closing and handling commercial, legal and corporate governance issues for engineering and construction companies across greater Asia.

Nathan Daly

ESG Director

Nathan Daly – ESG Director

Co-founder, Executive Committee member and ESG Director, Nathan Daly is responsible for Environmental, Social, and Governance leadership for Twenty20 Energy.

Prior to Twenty20 Energy, Nathan co-founded several business ventures including a multi-disciplinary supplier of building and construction solutions, where he functioned as General Manager and worked to coordinate multiple stakeholders to successfully deliver major fit-out works for clients in the education and mining sectors.
